ACF Applauds the Rejection of BDS at The Ohio State University

Alums for Campus Fairness (ACF) applauds the rejection of BDS at The Ohio State University after the hateful resolution was presented to the Student Government and voted on late last night (December 5th). The motion failed by a a large majority with only 7 for, 3 abstentions, and 30 against.

ACF Executive Director Avi D. Gordon notes “This discriminatory resolution failed due to the courageous pro Israel student leadership shedding light on the reality of BDS-it is a bigoted movement that attacks the only Jewish State in the world.” He continued, “The leadership of OSU Hillel along with Buckeyes for Israel stood up for their beliefs and their voices were heard. As the unified national alumni network on campus, we are thrilled to see this motion rejected.”

ACF is  encouraged by the work of their partners at OSU Hillel, Buckeyes for Israel, StandWithUs, ICC, and many more. Sharing the truth about Israel is paramount on campus and it is our hope that a fair campus environment will continue to exist at The Ohio State.
